Peter joined the Lazy Beagle team right from the start and has been our Irish Clerk of the Works ever since. A fairly recent full time resident of the area we believe that Pete sat quietly in the woods waiting for us to open this place so he would have somewhere to sip beer and fit in with the locals. Luckily it appears to be a perfect match. Having worked in NYC at fabled pubs the Blarney Stone, GlenPatricks, and Mark Joseph’s Steakhouse; he is a well-oiled restaurant machine. Peter was born and raised in Ireland moving to the States in the 80’s, which explains his passion for golf and good Shepherd’s Pie. Pete is one of the best listeners to be found this side of the Mississippi, enjoys a good story, laughing, and on rare occasions can be seen doing his sexy dance after midnight on the bar at the Lazy Beagle.
