In a time where restaurants have become generic and non-descript or complicated and confusing, The Lazy Beagle is a breath of fresh air. Designed and built by proprietor Sims Foster, the Lazy Beagle Pub and Grill came from the fundamental belief that every community needs its place to be fed. It’s a place to gather and enjoy food that nourishes in all ways; a place where you build community. When you walk in the door there is smile and a genuine hand shake or a slap on the back, welcoming you home. Great food provided by Chef Martin Ruef that is as likely to come from his father’s garden as anywhere else, and a menu that makes you nod your head and smile. This is a place that is getting back to the basics and doing it with heart.
